Our experiences in life - relationships, career, family and community - bring us joy and fulfillment, but also challenges, stress, and loss, even trauma, anxiety, illness and depression. I maintain a private, small, dedicated practice geared toward personal, deep and consistent, connection to explore your needs and goals and remove barriers to your best health and wellbeing, from brief therapy to longterm growth.
