Life can often get in the way of us taking care of ourselves and providing the space for us to grow and thrive. Stress, trauma, and difficult experiences often interrupt our emotional well-being and create emotional distress. Everyone deserves the opportunity to find their true self to experience joy. Hence, it's my passion to come alongside kids, teens, and adults, and support them in the journey toward health and happiness.
With adults & teens, I use a cognitive-behavioral framework while incorporating interventions and skills to ensure holistic treatment for clients to process & redefine difficult experiences. With children, I use Child-Centered Play Therapy to help process trauma, regulate & express emotions, increase confidence, build self-esteem, and develop social skills.
Prior to becoming a Counselor, I worked in the financial industry and worked as a stay-at-home mom to my now teenage children. I am grateful for the opportunity to accompany you or your loved one on your journey to blossom into the best and happiest version of yourself. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, tennis, and sipping lattes with family & friends.
