With over 14 years of research and clinical experience, I am extensively trained in treatment based on scientific research, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), exposure therapy (ERP), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I specialize in the treatment of OCD, trauma/PTSD, generalized anxiety, panic, and social anxiety in adults ages 18 and up.

I integrate this evidence-based practice with an interpersonal style that is collaborative, open, and non-judgmental.
