With 15+ years of experience, I am extensively trained in treatment based on scientific research, including Acceptance & Commitment (ACT), exposure (ERP/PE), and cognitive-behavioral treatments (CBT, ICBT, CPT). I specialize in the treatment of OCD, trauma/PTSD, generalized anxiety, health anxiety, phobias, panic, and social anxiety in adults ages 18 and up.
