My work and life experiences have provided me opportunities to work with both adults and young children dealing with anxiety, grief, frustration and stress. My passion is to support those who are navigating emotions related to their current experiences and their hopes for the future. With openness and acceptance, I provide supportive, evidence-based and trauma-informed sessions to promote problem solving and coping with life's imbalances. My specialty has been working with women, mothers and young families.
I have a lot of experience with navigating systems that provide support to people with developmental disabilities as well, from ages 0-8. Our first session will briefly go over what to expect from sessions, what you're hoping for length of time to work together, and narrowing down current top 2-3 issues that you're coming up against.
My clients find me to be open and accepting to many different perspectives. I have had my own share of stressors and issues in my own childhood and adulthood that I gain insight from as well. I am attuned to a variety of cultures and backgrounds.
