Looking to deepen your understanding of yourself and how you move through the world? Do you want to explore how you relate to others and deepen your love and care for yourself? I utilize a variety of approaches to complement talk therapy with creative and embodied experiencing. My clients appreciate exploring somatic grounding, art and music therapy, parts work, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
I'm curious and passionate about exploring growth, agency, and resilience during sessions. I'm an abolitionist practitioner guided by healing justice and strive to center the growing self-expertise of my clients within an anti-oppressive therapy framework. I specialize working with Queer+, Poly/Kink, SW, and neurodiverse communities.
I truly believe that growth stems from relationship; both interpersonal and intra-personal. My hope is that you feel truly seen, witnessed, and connected to yourself during our sessions and outside of our sessions. I welcome all parts of you - let's explore!
