Often the first step in the process of healing and change is the decision to go to counseling. As a licensed professional counselor with over 25 years of experience, I have worked with people of all walks of life to facilitate change and healing. I work with adults and adolescents with issues that include depression, life changes, work stress, anxiety, relationship stress, mood disorders, addiction, feeling lost and many other difficult life circumstances. I am a provider for most private insurances and Medicare.
I provide services based on the need of the individual person. My primary therapy model used is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a strengths based approach. I also use some reality therapy and solution based techniques.
