Are you looking for support in creating a happier and more fulfilling life? Is it difficult to regulate your emotions? Are you struggling with your relationships? Do you feel like you are losing control of yourself and your life? Does it feel like you are making the motions, but not fully living your life? Together we will find balance between acceptance and change in our views of self, relationships, emotional experiencing, and our positions within the world.

You are the expert of your own life. I will work with you to help improve relationships, learn new ways to cope with emotions, and reach your mental health goals in creating a more fulfilling and happy life. I have years of experience working with individuals and families struggling with past traumatic events, difficult relationships, and many other issues.

You may feel alone in your pain or as if no one understands how you feel. While I can never truly stand in your shoes, I will meet you where you are and seek to understand your experience and hopes for growth. I am looking forward to beginning our work together and hope to hear from you soon!
