Painful experiences and the stressors of everyday life can leave us feeling stuck in patterns of shame, anxiety, fear, and overwhelm. I invite you to come as you are, and aim to cultivate a space of connection and compassionate self-inquiry. I view the therapeutic process as a collaborative and creative one, and will work with you to navigate the path that will best serve your needs as you move toward deeper self understanding and long term healing.
I have experience working with families and individuals of all ages, and specialize in attachment based trauma treatment. I draw from holistic modalities including eco-therapy and art therapy, and I practice from a framework that acknowledges the pervasive impacts of cultural systems of power and historical trauma.
Navigating life’s journey presents challenges. When you find yourself overwhelmed, it can be helpful to talk with someone who can help organize your thoughts, explore your feelings, and re-connect you to your sense of self.
