I specialize in working with women whose mental health symptoms impact day to day life, sense of self and relationships. Therapy offers a place where clients no longer have to navigate those hardships alone. I provide a compassionate and supportive environment to help clients in their journey of healing, growing and finding the resources within to overcome. We will work collaboratively in session to explore how my training and experience can support your individual healing journey. Therapy with me is informed by my experience of being both systemically trained and trauma informed.
In therapy we look at history through a systemic lens, tracking the development of your symptoms. This often leads to an ability to say “I make sense” or “I understand why I think or feel that way” which can be a powerful moment in the healing journey.
I have advanced training in EMDR & egostate therapy.Through protocols unique to EMDR, we support the ability to think and feel differently about your life experiences.
