I combine personal knowledge, deep human connection, and evidence-based treatments. Improving boundaries, self-esteem, and trauma response behaviors are some of my main focuses in therapy. I employ EMDR, CBT, DBT, Trauma Focused, and mindfulness-based approaches. My typical client has experienced trauma and/or abuse, and need help navigating avoidant/anxious attachment styles. Narcissistic abuse survivors compose a large part of my practice. My clients typically struggle with identity issues, anxious attachment style, depression, low self self-esteem, assertiveness issues, panic attacks, and boundary issues.
