I utilize actual life experience, evidence-based treatments and professional knowledge to help my patients heal. I also employ CBT and humanistic psychology approaches. My typical client has experienced trauma and/or abuse. Narcissistic abuse survivors compose a large part of my practice. My clients typically struggle with identity issues, depression, low self self-esteem, assertiveness issues, panic attacks, and grief.
