I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who works with adolescents (12+), adults and families by providing a compassionate, affirming and non-judgmental space to explore life’s challenges. With over 15 years of experience, I use an eclectic therapeutic style incorporating interventions from multiple therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is an integral part of helping my clients to achieve personal growth, improve awareness and gain insight into patterns of emotional issues.
My areas of experience include anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, LGBTQIA+ issues, women’s issues and mood disorders. I hold a certification in perinatal mental health. I am well versed in parent education, crisis intervention and relationship conflict. I foster a safe place for my clients to be their authentic selves.
