About
I treat individuals ages 18 and up and I believe in an inclusive approach and accept people of all identifiers, races, cultures, religions/beliefs, ethnicities, and cognitive abilities. My primary focus is to tailor your treatment to your individual needs. I offer both long and short term treatment at this time primarily through a tele-health platform but am open to meeting outdoors in person if possible.
I incorporate a wide range of therapies including: CBT; DBT; MDBT; IFS and systems theories as well as positive psychology, mind/body, and expressive therapies as needed. My areas of special focus are: trauma, addictions, depression and anxiety, neurodiverse relationships , grief, crisis, and ASD.
