If you're looking for an experienced therapist I have 36 years of clinical experience and over 59 years of life experience. I have devoted my career to supporting individuals as they face life’s most complex challenges, including caregiving, grief and loss, anxiety, and divorce. My work encompasses helping people process changes in their relationships, navigate divorce, heal from trauma, and find new paths through daily struggles such as anxiety, fear, and uncertainty about the future.
