Hi, I’m Laura and my superpower is helping teens heal from trauma and find connection with themselves and others. I experienced trauma in my teens and know firsthand how it impacts the whole body. Healing is possible. I have helped hundreds of adolescents heal from trauma, regain belief in themselves and experience less panic.

I believe every person has the ability to renegotiate their trauma and grow. I use humor and compassion to help teens tap into their own strengths so they can be more confident, get better sleep, worry less and reconnect with family and friends.
