Hi, I'm Laura, and my superpower is helping teens and women heal from trauma and reconnect with themselves and others. Trauma can leave us feeling anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode. Healing is possible. I've helped hundreds of clients regain belief in themselves and feel more grounded, connected, and hopeful.

I believe every person has the ability to renegotiate their trauma and grow. I use humor and compassion to help teens and women tap into their own strengths so they can be more confident, get better sleep, worry less and reconnect with family and friends.
