At Creative Life Counseling Services, I strive to provide mindful and competent healing for my clients and through working together in therapy, you and I will identify productive ways to create a purposeful life. I utilize various therapeutic techniques in session based on each client's needs and focus on mindfulness components of several evidence based therapies. I am trained in CBT, ACT, DBT, and Adlerian Theory. I incorporate Art therapy into sessions for clients who are interested in exploring emotional expression, creative problem solving, and introspection.
