Reaching out can be overwhelming, whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you are simply feeling that life is too much right now. My goal is to make the therapy process approachable and organic by combining openness, humor, and authenticity.
As an LGBTQ+ and Poly/ENM allied counselor, my priority is to provide an inclusive and affirming therapeutic space for couples and individuals.
I use an integrative approach that draws from Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and attachment-based therapy. That means learning practical skills to manage difficult emotions while exploring how past experiences may be shaping your emotional and behavioral patterns.
My work is tailored to each client's unique needs and lived experience. I work with clients struggling with a variety of life challenges and mental health concerns, including (but not limited to): Anxiety, OCD, mood instability, relationship problems, difficult family dynamics, caregiving, and life transitions.
