I use a holistic approach, addressing mind, body and spirit, understanding the need for balance for overall well-being. I use experiential modalities, such as breathwork and past-life regression to assist in releasing mental, emotional and physical blocks, as well as in relieving symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression and PTSD.
