I came to counseling after a career in retail management, burnt-out, but still driven by a passion and belief - a passion for helping others and a belief that people need to feel understood on a deep emotional level in order to heal.
If life's stressors are stirring up intense or confusing emotions, it can feel overwhelming. My passion and specialty are helping adults understand those emotions and find calm. Whether you’re living with a personality disorder, PTSD, depression, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck, I take a strengths-based approach using EMDR, CBT, DBT and other modalities.

I’ll empower you with psychoeducation, give you tools to re-regulate your body, teach you how to tolerate distress, and give you practical skills to improve your relationships.
