I completed my advanced clinical training through Yale University's School of Medicine's Child Study Center, where I spent time grounding myself in clinical work that centers clients and their experiences by letting you be the expert on your problem and provide evidence-based treatment to guide you through. Clients are encouraged to live authentically, build a mental health toolbox, and find a deeper understanding of self.
I often work with teens and young adults experiencing stressful life changes, anxiety, depression, trauma, and low self-esteem. I also enjoy working with parents of children with anxiety disorders and depression, offering not only parent guidance but a supportive relationship to those experiencing parental stress.
