I work with adults and adolescents who face distress, within themselves and with others, from life events. Sessions include opportunities to creatively and holistically address symptoms of depression and anxiety, work through trauma, grief and loss, and develop strong coping strategies (mental, physical, and spiritual) to move forward with hope.
