I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has focused my career on working with teenagers, young adults, children, and parents who are experiencing difficulties in life. I completed my bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Special Education at York College of Pennsylvania and my Master of Social Work with a focus on clinical practice with children and families at Monmouth University.
In counseling, I focus on meeting clients where they are in their journey and understanding their experiences while identifying what skills or support are needed to help them meet their goals. These skills can range from cognitive behavioral therapy, anger management, mindfulness, acceptance, to relational approaches.
I strive to build a therapeutic relationship in which empathy and understanding are at the core to foster insight and assist clients in living a life they find meaningful and joyful.
