As a counselor, it is my greatest joy to see healing and positive change happen in the lives of my clients. My goal is to provide a safe space that encourages vulnerability, hope, and growth. My clients include all diversities and ages from children, adolescents, and adults, to couples, families, and those who have special needs, such as autism, dyslexia, and other learning differences.
In addition to having a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, I also have a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Over the years, I’ve integrated small group work as a method for helping individuals learn to process experienced trauma. I have also counseled many children and adults who struggle with anxiety and depression.
I work from a client-centered approach to meet the needs of each individual. I understand that when a child or family member struggles, the entire family is affected.
