Hi, I'm Laura. I provide strength-based care to individuals of all ages who are struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, grief, family of origin issues, parenting neurodiverse kids, and midlife changes/women's issues. I am an AEDP Level One therapist and have been trained in parts work (also called IFS). My approach is warm, experiential, relational, and authentic. Together, we will slow down to notice and tend to sensations, memories, thoughts, and feelings as they arise. You are the expert on your own life; I am here as a guide, with tools to help you connect more fully with yourself, and the world around you.
Neuroscience proves our minds and bodies are remarkably adaptable. When you feel safe to process emotions that once felt inaccessible, your brain forms new response patterns. Difficult memories and beliefs can be reintegrated rather than carried alone. Extending care and curiosity to these experiences builds true, lasting flexibility from the inside out.
