Welcome! As a therapist, I focus on trauma, grief, and anxiety by using evidence-based and parts-informed approaches to support meaningful change. I offer in-person sessions in Omaha or telehealth options in Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, and Washington to meet you where you are. I am passionate about working with women experiencing perinatal mental health issues, grief, anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. I have particular experience working with those who have faced the heartbreak of miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant or child loss.
I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches that allow me to best support you in your experiences and goals. We will work together to determine what approach is best for you. I am trained in tools like EMDR for processing distressing memories and ERP for reducing fear-based reactions including OCD.
In 2020, I began specialized training in perinatal mental health including loss. My goal as a therapist is to provide a comfortable space where you can feel safe, heard, and empowered to achieve your goals. I’m happy to talk with you about what support looks like and whether we’re a good fit.
