Many people experience challenges in their life, whether it be their marriage, family, or personal life. Transitions, change, and conflict are inevitable, and when individuals are open, courageous, and ready for change, counseling can be very effective. Not every therapist will be good for every situation, and that is why I have spent my career specializing in marriage and family therapy. Many relationships need help at one point or another, but I can help individuals and couples move from confusion to clarity. Are you trying to determine if your relationship is destructive? Difficult? Disappointing?

I was trained in family systems, which means that I treat individuals, couples, and families with the entire unit in mind. I work well with people who have high insight and openness to change. I have been told that I am warm and safe, yet I can also say the difficult thing to help you move from pain to healing, "stuckness" to growth.
