You may now be recognizing you have always had some level of anxiety symptoms or you have noticed recently you are simply struggling to navigate these new and unpleasant symptoms due to recent events. utilize specific brain based therapeutic techniques that pin point more quickly the issue and go deeper for more lasting results. You will gain specific tools to help reduce anxiety symptoms that will also enhance your own coping strategies together creating more calm and balance so you can breathe easier and enjoy your life.
Trauma Therapy/ Trauma is any event that has negatively impacted your life that is ongoing or unresolved over time. These can include abuse, violence, war, being bullied, a parents negative divorce, accident, natural disaster. I am trained in brain based trauma therapies that reduce ptsd symptoms and triggers, anxiety and depression quickly and peacefully.
