I work well with individuals grappling with identity crises, sexuality issues and unstable moods. My philosophy empowers clients to seek and implement their own solutions, with guidance and encouragement from me. I have worked with individuals struggling with identity, trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, as well as several other mental health issues.
With more than 20 years of experience in sexual health and its related dynamics, I am uniquely qualified to work with people who enjoy non-traditional relationships, sexual practices and interests. In addition, I have many years of experience working closely with individuals dealing with the difficult choices involving sexuality.
I have spent more than a dozen years working with adolescents on issues including healthy decision making, reproductive health and assertive communication. I easily develop great rapport with youth and the trusted adults in their lives and work to improve communication, reduce conflict and achieve healthy outcomes.
