My clients are individuals, couples, and families, of all ages and backgrounds seeking help with anxiety, depression, trauma, simple- and complex- PTSD, struggling identities, chronic stress, family wounds, and parental conflicts; I offer a safe space for members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I can provide Child & Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), working with ages 0-5. I utilize somatics, play therapy, sand tray, nature therapy, and other evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions. I also offer psychological assessments/testing. I will help you feel safe by providing a relaxed, comforting environment.
When I'm not in the office, I am out kayaking, camping, and hiking, often found outside somewhere in nature exploring with my family. If I am not seeking healing outside, I am exploring movement through yoga. I find my own self-care helps me make you my priority! I welcome your presence, and I look forward to being with you on your journey!
