For over 39 years,I have been helping adolescents, adults and families. I like to say "there hasn't been an issue I haven't tackled".My areas of clinical specialty include but are not limited to, depression, anxiety,OCD and addiction. I am skilled in working with adolescents and families.I use a variety of approaches, and find cognitive behavioral therapy to be extremely effective.
I utilize a team approach and collaborate regularly with schools ,physicians and community service agencies to achieve optimal outcomes.I am an advocate of the family systems approach, especially when working with adolescents. I offer flexible scheduling. I also offer Telehealth for the busy professional.
