In this fast paced world it has become increasingly difficult to set time aside for oneself. My practice allows for this in that I am solely a video conferencing practice. From your office, home, dorm room or wherever you find comfort, I am available to help. You no longer need to fight time, traffic or use your sick/personal time in order to see a therapist. I have over 35 years of expertise in treating OCD. I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). ERP works very well via telehealth. I am a professional member of the Obsessive Compulsive Foundation and have been trained to treat OCD through their BTTI.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 35 years of experience treating anxiety, depression and obsessive compulsive disorder. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat most disorders and have found CBT to be the most effective and efficient form of treatment. I have treated hundreds of people with OCD using ERP with great success.
