I have over 10 years of experience in the clinical field, specifically in treating and leading teams treating complex trauma. I am passionate about helping others heal from past traumatic experiences through a person-centered approach, guided by you and supported by me! We are a team.

Taking the initiative to connect with a therapist is a big first step and can often times feel overwhelming. I try to help make the process as easy and stress free as possible.
