Hello fellow traveler! My practice is grounded in trauma informed care but inspired by the expansion of human awareness. I am a deeply sensitive and curious therapist. I love to use metaphors, poetic improvisation, archetypes, body movement, meditation, and lots of humor in my practice. I am deeply touched and inspired by topics related to feminism, de-colonization, psychedelic therapies, LGBTQIA+ community, the Latino movement, religious cult survivors, and the non-monogamous experience. I strongly believe in relational therapy, which means that I foster a warm and safe space where people feel free to be who they are with me!
My style is primarily humanistic as I'm passionate about Gestalt therapy and transpersonal therapies, as well as parts work and EMDR trained. I believe in exploring my client’s past only when it’s significant to what is happening in the here and now.
My approach is grounded on the Paradoxical Theory of Change, which means that change arrives naturally when we allow ourselves to accept and be who we truly are. My world is also deeply influenced by Zen Buddhism wisdom and Taoism, but mostly powered by our endless pursuit of freedom, love, and authenticity.
