I specialize in helping people who struggle with depression, anxiety, bipolar, trauma and stress management. I provide couples therapy and have studied Gottman therapy techniques. I have a certificate in hypnotherapy. I use mindfulness, meditation, cognitive behavioral techniques general and trauma specific, solution focused therapy, humanistic psychology and grounding techniques.
I offer a good balance of supportive listening, honest feedback, education on tools and research that apply to your situation as well as use of your personal strengths to help heal and make positive change. I would be honored to help you on your personal path to healing.
