I specialize in helping people who struggle with depression, anxiety, bipolar, trauma and stress management. I provide couples therapy and have studied Gottman therapy techniques. I have a certificate in hypnotherapy. I use mindfulness, meditation, cognitive behavioral techniques general and trauma specific, solution focused therapy, humanistic psychology and grounding techniques.
