I am not currently accepting new clients... I believe that therapy should be a non-judgmental and safe place to explore, discover, heal, and find relief. I practice both short and long term individual psychotherapy with adults. Though I have trained in multiple treatment modalities, my primary approach is psychodynamic and relational. I have completed advanced fellowships in psychodynamic psychotherapy at Harvard Medical School/Cambridge Health Alliance and the Massachusetts Institute for Psychoanalysis.
I enjoy working w/ clients across the lifespan. My areas of expertise include working with survivors of traumatic experiences, relationship/interpersonal difficulties, anxiety/depression, & working w/ LGBTQIA-identified individuals. I have particular knowledge & experience helping clients navigate IVF & the perinatal and postpartum experiences.
