I'm a licensed psychologist who provides individual counseling. I work with a variety of individuals from diverse backgrounds; tailoring therapy to align with your unique goals and provide a compassionate environment for you using a trauma informed approach. While my specialty area is working with individuals from the LGBTQ+ community, I also work with active and retired military members, survivors of trauma, and a variety of individuals working through identity concerns, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and more.
My approach aims to support your personal growth by gently challenging patterns that don’t align with your values/goals, helping you explore societally imposed and internalized messages that are not serving you, and helping you develop effective coping strategies for you to practice both in and outside of the therapy space.
