Together we will work to redefine our personal story and ground ourselves as we embrace an appreciation of our authentic selves.

My practice focuses on helping clients find balance. Rather than focusing on deficits, we focus on accepting ourselves non-judgmentally while working to put things into play that will move us towards our current and future goals. We engage in evidence-based cognitive behavioral and mindful practices that help connect mind, body, and spirit.
