Beginning your search for a therapist can be challenging. While I do not yet know you or what you need to hear to reach out, you can be certain that I wish to know and understand. I work well with people who appear "fine" from the outside, but may be struggling internally. I am known for providing a non-judgemental space that fosters curiosity, where we can work through whatever it is that's making you feel stuck.
I believe that at its core, therapy is a relationship. My style is honest, kind, and curious. I take an inclusive, social justice oriented and intersectional/anti-racist stance, and I work with people of different racial/ethnic identities, gender expressions, and abilities. I have slots set aside for aviation professionals with unique medical requirements.
You have a unique story. Each patient brings with them their own fears, hopes, and desires. We will construct the treatment with your needs in mind. Through our work together, we will explore and understand patterns that no longer serve you as I seek to help you find meaning and self-acceptance.
