Some seasons of life are difficult to navigate, leaving us feeling stuck and isolated. This feeling can come from a variety of reasons such as experiencing grief or a traumatic event, conflict with a loved one, or trouble finding ones own identity. Sometimes the cause of feeling stuck is harder to pinpoint, resulting in feeling anxious, overwhelmed and simply stressed. This experience can lead to addiction, disordered eating, intrusive thoughts and depression. By collaborating we can begin to recognize and break down the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, moving towards a place of alignment and healing.
I provide a warm and nurturing perspective to collaborate with individuals in exploring their “inner world.” My goal is to create a safe environment for individuals to address their painful or confusing experiences and move through the difficult experiences that are making them feeling stuck. Through multiple modalities including EMDR, IFS, ACT & CPT
Children, teens and adults can all experience painful moments. My goal is to meet you where you are at, support you in processing your experience, and collaborate on building coping skills to become "unstuck".
