Sometimes we need a safe and comfortable environment to express our thoughts and feelings. I believe every client is unique and has different needs. I enjoy building a therapeutic relationship with my clients to learn what my clients want therapy to focus on. I value every client's confidentiality and ensure every client is treated with dignity and respect.
I have a special interest in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, self esteem struggles and addiction. I work with individuals, families and couples as well as children and adolescents. My therapeutic style is CBT, DBT, person centered and strength based therapy.
