If you are looking for a therapist that listens without judgement, is down to earth, and empathetic to your situation, I would reach out so we can have a phone consultation to explore how I can help your specific situation. I frequently help people who feel like life is just getting on top of them more recently and need help finding strategies to deal with it all.

I practice from a holistic understanding that physical health, environment, and relationships all greatly influences our mental health. In our first session we complete an assessment to begin exploring what is working for you and what is not. You explain the best you can what you'd like to gain from therapy and then we begin working on that.

You don't have to wait until things get worse. You don't need to sit in that space alone and experience tells me that most people actually experience some improvement just by making an appointment and meeting with someone that gets it.
