I practice from a more holistic understanding that physical health, environment, and relationships all greatly influences our mental health. In our first session we complete an assessment to begin exploring what is working for you and what is not. You explain the best you can what you'd like to gain from therapy and then we begin working on that.

You don't have to wait until things get worse. Suffering with anxiety, depression, anger, pain is exhausting for most. You don't need to sit in that space alone and research tells us most people actually experience some improvement just by making an appointment!
