Are you tired of feeling sad, alone, confused, anxious and worried, triggered over and over again? Life transitions, such as the experience of being a mother, old traumas resurfacing in relationships, after losing a loved one or immigrating to a new culture, marginalization, can be one of the most challenging experiences and bring what philosophers have called a "dark night of the soul." Although these experiences feel awful, they are also doorways. Honoring yourself by doing the deep work your spirit calls you to do, can light your way to insight, joy, and peace within and with all of your relations.

We'll use Brainspotting, mindfulness, connnection to nature, and vagal toning to break the chains of painful stories and patterns, trusting the innate wisdom of the body and the spirit so that you can live a more joyful, meaningful, and harmonious life. In addition, I love supporting others integrate their spiritual experiences in their daily lives.

You are not alone. None of us are, even though we forget at times. I hold a loving space for the depth of human experience and am not afraid to light a lamp with you in the darkest of places! I have been there and it is possible to come through with greater clarity, joy, and purpose.
