I am a bilingual social worker who practices person-in-environment, strengths-based therapy. I primarily focus on trauma, depression, and anxiety disorders. I am passionate about psychedelic-assisted therapy and recently completed MAPS MDMA therapy training.
My work is guided by my belief in each person’s power to reflect on one’s life, understand the self and others from multiple perspectives, and integrate supportive lifestyle changes.
