Struggling with depression, anxiety, and self-esteem challenges can seem endless and exhausting. I have over a decade of experience working with children, teens, and adults who present with many different symptoms. Meeting my clients where they are and working together to find balance, stability, and compassion is at the forefront of my practice.
Therapy is a great tool to start developing new and effective coping tools. Establishing rapport and building a connection with these individuals is very important to my therapeutic approach. I admire those who take that first step in reaching their goals. Please reach out with questions!
My practice includes an eclectic and Solution Focused approach with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques. I have training in Adlerian Play Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. This background allows me to be able to help connect client's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while discovering a new perspective.
It takes courage to make that first call or email to a therapist - I admire those who reach out to start their journey. I offer a calm and nurturing environment to work with clients to help pursue a peaceful, healthy life. Finding the spark and joy in others has always been a passion of mine - therapy creates the space for that to happen. Take care!
