Many challenges we experience in daily life relate to conflict between parts of ourselves. Each part reflects our body’s own loving attempts to care for us in the ways it knows. I start with creating a non-judgmental, inclusive space for you to come as you are. As we form & reach for your goals, our work may include inquiry, nervous system regulation, trauma processing, behavior/communication coaching, movement & creative expression.

Using empathy, talk therapy, experiential practice, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS) & a strong therapeutic bond, we enhance your Self-connection & guide you towards insight about how current choices & behaviors can be transformed proactively.
