I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2010 with a Specialization in Christian Sex Therapy. I have many years of experience working with adolescents, families, and adults battling anxiety, codependency, self esteem, and depression. I use a mix of Client-Centered Therapy, Christian Counseling, and Cognitive Behavioral (CBT). I favor CBT and the Client-Centered approach. Being a counselor allows me the privilege of walking with someone in the midst of their struggles towards healing.
I aim to provide a safe environment that encourages you to be yourself, free of judgment. I welcome working with clients battling anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, anger management, and sexual-related issues such as abuse/assault/dysfunction/addiction who want to make positive changes emotionally and behaviorally.
I have a natural compassion for suffering people and a desire to help them improve their lives. During our first session, we will review your intake information, identify your areas of concern, and discuss general goals for therapy.
