I have experience of working with people on a broad range of issues, including relationship and communcation problems, depression and anxiety, grief and loss, anger control problems, substance abuse and addiction, and the effects of trauma and abuse.
My education and life experience help me connect with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. I also understand the special challenges of being an immigrant, having immigrated here from the UK. Before becoming a psychotherapist,I worked in education and technology, which gives me particular insight into work-related issues.
