I specialize in working with clients struggling to find balance within emotional highs/lows, dealing with life transitions, anxiety that can show up as racing thoughts or excessive worry and low self-esteem. I primarily use DBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based CBT to provide evidence-based coping strategies and resources. By showing up authentically, my goal is to create a safe space for you to feel heard, empowered, and collaboratively work towards accomplishing your goals.
I see teens and adults of all ages for individual therapy. Using a strengths-based approach, I create treatment interventions that are specific to each individual and work to provide culturally responsive care that validates all aspects of identity.
I have a master’s degree in Social Work and am a licensed clinician. Outside of therapy, I love to read, travel, eat great food and spend time with my pets!
