For over 20 years I have supported and walked alongside people affected by trauma and major life changes. I am in awe of the resilience, wisdom, and capacity for healing in those I have served. I am particularly skilled and passionate about supporting women's issues, at all stages and ages, as well as family and professional caregivers.
My therapeutic style is a blend of cognitive, somatic and mindful interventions. I will work closely with you to determine what works best for you. We can incorporate a variety of practices during part of our session, to allow for in the moment awareness and presence. I am trained in EMDR and Natural Processing, among other modalities.
