Hello, I'm Laura. I believe that authenticity in relationships is a key foundation when working with my clients. My goal is to support and help with relationship issues, depression and anxiety, trauma and abuse, parenting, and wellness. I strive to bring about positive changes by enabling clients to establish reachable goals and get in touch with their feelings, spirituality, hopes, and a healthy lifestyle. If you're ready to take the next step towards positive change, I am here to support you on your journey.
I hold a Master's degree in Counseling and have completed postgraduate work with the Denver Family Institute (DFI), which provides intensive training to work with families, couples, and individuals. Additionally, I have completed classes for my certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method.
I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which helps individuals feel a closer bond with others. In counseling, I believe it is important to provide safety, trust, support, respect, and empathy. I enjoy working with people and look forward to meeting you and/or your significant other.
